The information contained on this website constitutes an invitation to treat and not an offer. The vendor reserves the right to decline orders received from this website. All products supplied are subject to The Leggery's standard conditions of sale, copies of which are available on request.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Ordering & Delivery
You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. Your details will be encrypted to help keep them secure.
All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
For overseas orders, payment will be taken at today's exchange rate.
For each product you can order a maximum quantity of 10, subject to stock availability.

All items in stock will be dispatched by first class post by next trading day.
All UK orders of £28 or over are delivered free! Orders under £25 will cost £1.75 but you can include as many items as you wish! All overseas orders are £5.00.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and sent securely to WorldPay's payment service provider, WorldPay are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from The Leggery. It is our aim to offer you choice and quality at low prices. We guarantee to refund or exchange faulty goods, simply return them within 60 days of the order date, unworn and clean in their original packaging together with the receipt, to The Leggery. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If you wish to exchange the items please mark clearly on the order form what you would like as a replacement. For returned goods paid by credit card we will refund the money to your credit card (at the current rate of exchange for overseas orders).
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
To cancel you can e-mail us, telephone us on +44 (0) 8454 303 291, or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Items should be returned to The Leggery. We will confirm receipt of e-mail cancellations.

The Leggery do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
